TASKS
• Develop IT Blueprint and IT Strategies
• Execute Enterprise Architecture (EA) related assessments and diagnostics
• Support project teams in meeting Target EA
• Facilitate workshops for the development of Business, Information, IT, and Application target architecture
• Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for significant solutions, to meet business and application requirements;
• Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business problems;
• Ensures the integration of all aspects of technology solutions;
• Research industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology;
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document database content, structure, and application sub-systems, and develop data models;

The ideal candidate will have::
  • a college diploma or university degree in an IT discipline
  • a minimum 15 years experience within the last 20 years in Business, Information, IT, and Application architecture development.
  • Experience in advising and presenting to senior management
  • knowledge of Business, Information, IT, and Application architecture practices
  • experience in Master Enterprise architecture methodologies such as the TOAGF and Gartner
  • in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture development
  • knowledge of application development methodologies and practices such as UML and RUP.
  • capabability of communicating verbally and in writing in both official languages
